How qualified are your technicians?
Our employees have been trained in specialized service centers and have more than 3 years of work experience at the largest enterprises of the country. The company regularly holds professional development courses and special trainings to teach employees new technologies.
How to order a service?
Leave a request for service in one of the forms on the site, and you will definitely be called back to clarify the order.
Is the price of the product on the website inclusive of VAT?
Yes, the price already includes Value-added tax. You will not have to pay more than the price shown on our website.
Do you work under contract?
Before we start the work, we discuss with you all the terms and conditions and deadlines. After that we prepare and sign the contract in two copies.
Do you offer a warranty on equipment installation?
We provide warranty service for 3 years. If the installed equipment breaks down or starts to work incorrectly, we will replace the unit with a new one. Specialist visit and repair work at our expense.
Are you financially liable once your equipment is installed?
If a breakdown of our equipment causes damage to your property, we will pay for the damage in full. But you don't have to worry - in 11 years we have never had to use this rule.
